Mandatory Registration

All participants—both presenters and non-presenter attendees—must first create a registration account through the official ASIC 2026 registration system:

Payments and payment confirmations will only be processed for registered users. Payments made without prior registration may not be verified.

ASIC 2026 applies a registration-based payment confirmation system to ensure accurate verification and record-keeping.

Presenters are required to complete registration and abstract submission before making any payment.
Non-presenter participants may proceed directly to payment after registration, without submitting an abstract.

General Payment Policy

Payment Procedure for Presenters

Presenters (oral or poster) must follow the steps below:

  1. Register and create an account at

  2. Log in to the registration system

  3. Submit an abstract through the Abstract Submission menu

  4. Wait for abstract submission confirmation

  5. Proceed to the Payment Menu to complete the applicable presenter fee

  6. Upload proof of payment for verification

  7. Await confirmation from the ASIC 2026 Finance Team

Payment confirmation for presenters will only be processed after a valid abstract has been submitted.

Payment Procedure for Non-Presenter Participants

Non-presenter participants may follow this simplified process:

  1. Register and create an account at

  2. Log in and access the Payment Menu

  3. Complete the participant payment

  4. Upload proof of payment

  5. Await payment verification confirmation

Abstract submission is not required for non-presenter participants.

Payment Confirmation & Verification

After completing payment, all users must upload clear proof of payment through the Payment Menu in the registration system.

  • Payment verification will be completed within 2–3 working days

  • Payment status updates will be visible in the user dashboard or communicated via email

Important Notes

  • All bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the payer.

  • Payments made to accounts other than those listed on this page will not be recognized.

  • All paid fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in official conference policies.

  • Failure to complete payment within the designated timeframe may result in cancellation of registration or presentation slots.
